I went to Tirtha to see her build her army of child soldiers and then followed her to those co-ordinates southwest of Tirtha.
Amitais just as bad if she ends up in power. She goes round the villages holding people at gunpoint, takes all the kids and anyone able bodied and has them work her opium fields or die.. Yes, you can kill both. Once you either killed pagan or let him fly off, you just go back to the right village (the big temple on the river for Sabal and

Allied with Sabal, she forms the lumbering two-headed elephant at the head of the Golden Path. Considered armed and dangerous. » King Min's Kyrat Amita is one of the deuteragonists of Far Cry 4. Along with Sabal, she is one of the leaders of the Golden Path. Unlike Sabal, who is more rooted in the past traditions of Kyrat, Amita urges for progress and is more interested in modernizing the country. She is one of two hidden true main antagonists in Far Cry 4, along with Sabal. Background Amita lived with her parents up to 6 year old, after that she was raised by her uncle and aunt[accuracy?], both of whom supported the Golden Path under the rule of its beloved founder, Mohan Ghale. Mohan married the other founder Ishwari Ghale in 1981, even though she was born in 1968, which means she was only 13 year old at her wedding. Worse, their marriage was arranged and approved by her parents, and the religious leaders of Jalendu Temple paid her dowry. The village elders only warned against this because they regarded marrying the Tarun Matara as bringing 'bad luck', not because of her age. Amita parents also followed this approach and wanted Amita to get married at 6 year old. Thus Amita never admired Mohan, and she actively despises his legacy. She felt he was fighting to keep Kyrat stuck in its old days, and even if they were victorious, their country would still be oppressed by tradition. Amita is part of the new generation of the Golden Path, and along with Sabal, she has been key in bringing the rebellion back to a force that can actually make a difference. The previous Golden Path leader Mohan Ghale didn't let women join despite the Tarun Matara Ishwari Ghale demanded otherwise. When both Mohan and Ishwari are gone that left Golden Path leaderless, Sabal and Amita stepped in, they changed the rule and let women join, thus revived the Golden Path dwindling strength. What Amita lacked in age, she made up for in passion and smarts, and she is considered the first female to officially join the ranks of the Golden Path, taking up arms, training and fighting alongside the males, marking a shift in traditional roles. Amita quickly realized that the Golden Path is failing because they are waging a war they cannot afford to perpetuate. Amita knows that the infrastructure of Kyrat is shot, and even with independence, they won’t have the means to rebuild without first establishing a firm financial foundation. To this end, she believes in using Kyrat’s thriving drug trade to fund the Golden Path. Amita has kept the rebellion low, planning out their strategies for the long term and stockpiling their assets. However she needs to show strength alongside Sabal, who is gathering his own supporters. Amita is now being forced into action if she hopes to liberate Kyrat and protect her people. With tensions rising between the two leaders, Amita is now head to head with Sabal over the installation of Bhadra as the next Tarun Matara. Amita sees the practice as superstitious, old, and ultimately sexist, objectifying young women and robbing them of autonomy, a good education, and social life. She believes that intellectual, social, and financial progress is the only way to ensure a stable future for Kyrat.[1] Far Cry 4 Amita was training Bhadra and showing her how to defend herself, which was unacceptable for Sabal, but the training is stopped because the Golden Path team had gone to De Pleur's Compound to rescue Darpan and Ajay Ghale has returned. Amita does not agree with Sabal's choice to risk their lives to go after Ajay. Amita then questions about Darpan and Sabal tells her that he is dead. Amita becomes enraged and shouts at Sabal, stating that they lost one of their best soldiers in order to save Ajay, who they barely knew. Then she goes away and retreats to teach Bhadra how to use a bow. Ajay later returns to talk to Amita. Amita apologizes for being rude and states she was stressed because of the war, also telling that the war feels like a guilt trip for the death of Darpan. Ajay offers to help them and after that the player can side with Amita or stay on Sabal's side. Fate  Go on. Son of Mohan. Savior of Kyrat! Follow your orders, pull the trigger! I'm sure it's the will of Kyra! » Amita, urging Ajay to shoot her under Sabal's orders Determinant If the player sides with Sabal In the mission To Reap What You Sow, if Sabal is selected to lead the Golden Path, he will order Ajay to kill Amita, arguing that she is "just another Pagan" and has no respect for her heritage. Upon arriving at Amita's hideout and dispatching her followers, Ajay walks into the house and confronts Amita, who was typing some documents on a typewriter, her purpose of doing so unknown. Amita is surprised that Sabal sent Ajay to do the job, and Ajay, out of frustration, tells Amita that no one else pulls the trigger for the Golden Path. Amita assures Ajay that Sabal hides behind his blind faith and tradition, and that she is surprised by how he can follow along like one of his puppets. Amita then tells Ajay that she really believed him when he told her that he only wanted to fulfill Ishwari's dying wish. After mocking that Ajay is the son of Mohan and that he will be the sole savior of Kyrat, Amita tells him to follow through with his orders and pull the trigger, sarcastically claiming that it is the will of Kyra. If the player decides to shoot Amita, she picks up the folder with her documents and slumps back on the chair, and after a few moments, she drops the folder and succumbs to the wound. If the player decides not to shoot Amita, she picks up her folder and walks away in anger, telling Ajay that while he is saving her life, he is killing Kyrat. Regardless of the choice here against Amita, Sabal steps into power. If the player sides with Amita In the mission To Reap What You Sow, if Amita is selected to lead the Golden Path, she will order Ajay to kill Sabal, arguing that by splitting the Golden Path, he will inevitably create another civil war and betray Ajay for siding with her. Upon arriving at Sabal's hideout and dispatching his followers, Ajay walks into the house and confronts Sabal, who is performing some sort of ritual at his desk. Sabal asks Ajay whether Amita ordered him to kill him or if he volunteered, and questions if he truly understands the ramifications of siding with her. Sabal tells Ajay he shitted on everything his father built. Sabal is doubtful Amita will fix Kyrat and assures Ajay that Amita will turn Kyrat into a totalitarian drug state where the people of Kyrat are systematically impoverished and oppressed. Sabal then asks Ajay if that is the Kyrat his mother wanted her ashes to be scattered in. Sabal then closes his eyes and tells Ajay to make his choice. If the player decides to shoot Sabal, Ajay shoots Sabal in the head. If the player decides not to shoot Sabal, Ajay tells him to go. Sabal takes his Kukri and drops it on the ground, telling Ajay "Gone, brother, gone." Regardless of the choice here against Sabal, Amita steps into power. Revelations from Pagan Min on Amita's leadership In the mission Confront Pagan, after storming the Royal Palace, and if the player spares Pagan, Ajay will sit down across from him to eat some food he had prepared for his arrival to the palace. Ajay will just angirly stare at him as they dine together. As Pagan eats, he will then ask Ajay if he had already killed either Amita or Sabal; but will then give the answer that he already knows who he killed and who he didn't kill meaning he knows for certain if one of them is already dead or just out of power. Pagan Min then says to Ajay that whomever of the two is left alive and in power, that he's just giving away his country to them; since he intended to pass down the crown of Kyrat's monarchy to Ajay as the new leader underlying the fact that both Amita and Sabal are unfit to leading the country. He then suggests to Ajay that he could take back his power if he wanted to, saying to him, "You're half way there. One down, one to go. Not that I want to put ideas into your head. But at least now we know you have a taste for doing what it takes." [Bluntly implying to Ajay that it would be best to kill whoever is still alive and in power meaning Amita after the ashes are spread]. Pagan Min basically implies to Ajay here that Amita isn't fit to lead, that he would be better off leading Kyrat as its king. After this, Min takes Ajay to see Lakshmana's shrine and place his mother's urn beside her's. Once he does this, Pagan flees Kyrat via helicopter, telling Ajay he can have Kyrat and he can take it back from Amita but he's keeping the helicopter. Ajay can choose to kill Pagan right here, or let him go peacefully. If Ajay kills Pagan as he eats at the table If the player doesn't choose to sit down and kills Pagan as he is eating, the message will appear that "The King is Dead". Later on, Ajay will call Amita if the player chose to keep her alive and in power, to inform her that Pagan is dead. Amita will ask him if he "found Lakshmana". Ajay will respond that he doesn't know what that means, but it isn't important. Amita will answer that all that matters is that Kyrat is free and that they can rebuild it together as a unified people. The Outcome if Amita is the leader After the end of the game, if Amita was placed in charge to lead the Golden Path, there will be a secret cutscene featuring her in Tirtha. There, Amita reveals her true intentions of turning Kyrat into a totalitarian drug state and a drug empire the Golden Path can profit off of. She proceeds to order the rebels into the houses, conscripting every child they find regardless of how young they are to be recruited as soldiers into the Golden Path, claiming that the increased numbers are necessary for enforcing Kyrat's future peace and protecting the drug fields. Amita even holds every family at gunpoint in order to get more recruits into the Golden Path. Ajay sees the inhumanity of this and tries to question her, only for her to respond by saying that she is "sacrificing our liberties for peace later." Though she is actually seen creating a totalitarian drug empire through terrorism, child labor and slavery, and fear rather than creating peace. When Ajay demands to know what Bhadra has to say about this, Amita claims that she sent her away, where the Golden Path's enemies cannot find her, since she doesn't want a Tarun Matara here for the enemies to rally behind implying more than likely that she had Bhadra killed, as she tells Ajay that she will not be coming back; and implies the enemies being those traditionalists who are gonna get sorted out. Many kids and young adults are seen here being captured and rounded up by Amita's troops as she walks away from the scene. As Amita walks away, Ajay has one last choice to leave her alone and in control, or shoot her and kill her, and her regime. If he shoots her and kills her, it doesn't change the gameplay, but it does make the player lose karma from the Golden Path, and her troops beside her will try to fight back once she is shot. However, it may be interpreted that if he didn't shoot Pagan Min at the dinner table, Ajay does take back what's rightfully his, and takes back the power from Amita's corruption and becomes Kyrat's newest leader proving Pagan Min's words as truthful. The Alternate Starting Route If Ajay stays with Pagan Min and Paul "De Pleur" Harmon from the start, it's unknown how would Amita and the rest of the Golden Path react when Pagan Min named Ajay his heir, as Ajay is the son of their very founders, Mohan Ghale and Ishwari Ghale. In theory, it can just be assumed that the Golden Path just dies off and loses the war since the motivation to the cause meaning Ajay isn't helping to guide them to victory. Personality and Traits Amita is a strong genius and does not like to be contradicted, but always tries to show her hand. She believes she will repair Kyrat with the money she gains, but her form of gaining money relies heavily on selling and trafficking drugs. Amita wants to break Sabal's heavy pace into the traditions of Kyrat, and openly manipulates Ajay into helping her, only to show her true intentions later, showing it if the player chooses her to be the Golden Path leader. Trivia If the player sides with Sabal but decides not to kill Amita, after the end of the game, Amita can be found at the Sherpa Yak Enclosure on the top of the mountain north of Banapur, but cannot be interacted with, and is treated by the game as simply a regular civilian NPC. She may also be found here even if Ajay did kill her. If you side with Amita but don't kill her after the last interaction with her post game, she can be found southwest of Tirtha, at these coordinates X Y Amita will be found praying at a Kyra statue with two Golden Path members guarding her, despite her testament of breaking away from Kyrat's traditions. Amita says she was six years old when her parents told her she had to marry and this was one of the reasons she abhors the Kyrati traditions. Both Pagan Min and Amita are disgusted by Mohan abuses toward Ishwari, and therefore both want to crush the backward traditions that allow child marriage to be arranged and even endorsed by Kyrat religious leaders. Both Pagan Min and Amita want to vandalize Jalendu Temple as a result. As Ajay helps her gaining more power, she began showing her true color, to the point of blatantly behaving like Pagan Min and warning others to take their words seriously, as both are being very particular with their words. Which of the Golden Path leaders do you side with? Just finished another playthrough and was curious about who you all think is the better of these two shitty options. Personally I think the secret ending with Pagan Min is ultimately the best choice, but seeing as we bought the game for farcry shenanigans, not to enjoy the crab rangoon, let's look at our other just siding with finally, but whose side do you take in the missions where you have to choose between them? If you need reminding, here's the options they offer at the various pointsAmita Collect IntelSabal Save SoldiersHere I take Sabal's side. Intel is important, but if you don't have enough soldiers to act on it, it's possession is Secure Opium Fields and FactorySabal Destroy Opium Fields and FactoryHere I go Amita. If there's no remaining natural resources left, building off Pagan's current Opium trade is a viable option. And it's apparently lucrative, as something I read in game talked about how he was giving the Golden Triangle a run for its Secure Opium Processing FactorySabal Destroy Opium Processing FactoryAgain, I go Amita here. If you save the fields, makes sense to save the factory as well. Sure, a drug state isn't the greatest option, but it's at least a future for Kyrat, and a lucrative one at that. If the profits went to building hospitals and schools instead of Pagan statues, it could greatly benefit the Destroy Jalendu TempleSabal Secure Jalendu, crown Bhadra as Tarun MataraAnd here I switch back to Sabal. While I don't think Kyrat should be stuck in ancient traditions of slavery and child marriages, history is vital. The religion can modernize away from fundamentalism, and the temples and statuary mark a long, rich history and culture. Not to mention potential tourism profits. This cover decides the overall leader of the Golden Amita wins, she follows Pagan's footsteps, building her drug empire, but with the added step of enlisting child soldiers. Also she almost certainly killed Bhadra, a 14 year old girl. If Sabal assumes power, he starts a religious fundamentalist regime, slaughtering former Amita supporters for their sins, and has plans to marry Bhadra, again, a 14 year old are doing their best to make hell on earth. Is there a gameplay benefit from siding with either Sabal or Amita? Or does the decision I make have no impact except on the plot of the story itself? asked Nov 19, 2014 at 846 gold badges484 silver badges746 bronze badges 3 It doesn't really matter thus far. Later on in the game you still can decide if you want to do Sabal's or Amita's plan. I switched a couple times so far and either way I had a negative reaction eg. cities being attacked and people die. It seems so far, that the main plot doesn't change and those decisions only decide on what the prologue or epilogue mission looks like. IAmita is more focusing on economics and Sabal on saving the culture of Kyrat. answered Nov 21, 2014 at 2350 vkvauvkvau6556 silver badges11 bronze badges 1 SABAL EPILOGUE While Ajay might have been fighting to keep Kyrat from turning into a forced-labor drug state, it would seem that putting his faith in Sabal's "traditional" beliefs may have been a regrettable choice. After the fall of Pagan Min, Sabal's leadership becomes nothing short of religious fanatacism. He forces Bhadra into the position of Tarun Matara and publicly executes anyone who stood in the way of his quest for power. AMITA'S EPILOGUE Despite Ajay's desire to see a more progressive and modernized Kyrat, it seems as though Amita is more concerned with preserving her empire than the actual well being of the Kyrati people. After the fall of Pagan Min, Amita's Golden Path begins forcing villagers into labor in factories or drug fields and forcibly drafting children into their armed forces. As Sabal says in his parting words to Ajay, Kyrat has become "A land of equal opportunity where everyone's a slave." hammythepig5,5174 gold badges36 silver badges65 bronze badges answered Dec 4, 2014 at 1538 1 WARNING SPOILER ALERT If you side with Sabal I'm not sure, but if you decide to side with Amita you end up recovering some intel that seems not importat at first, but that is later used to prevent a major attack from the enemy. answered Nov 20, 2014 at 1905 Balance of power M1 Chose Sabal. Lives over information, unless you know what the information could be about. Choosing to let everyone die at the post for some information that could POTENTIALLY be useful isn't worth it. Balance of power M2 Chose Amita, saved the drug fields. Gotta make money somehow, even if it's through such means of drug trade. Balance of power M3 Chose Amita, destroying the factory would be counter productive to M2. gold badges236 silver badges436 bronze badges answered Dec 7, 2014 at 910 1 If you chose Sabal, after the end happens there's a slaughter when you fly to the temple island.
